Live-in care enquiries are assessed individually. Contact the team to discuss the level of support needed, household arrangements, overnight needs, breaks and cover, and whether this model is suitable.
Availability, care responsibilities, costs and the proposed start date must be confirmed before any arrangement is agreed. Live-in support should not be assumed to provide continuous waking care from one person.

Personal care regulation
Care Givers – Matlock is registered for personal care and is listed by CQC as not yet inspected. The Colchester homecare service is rated Good, with its report published on 22 March 2019 and latest CQC review dated 6 July 2023. This rating applies to that Colchester service only.
