Check service and location fit
We welcome initial enquiries from social workers, local authorities, health commissioners, case managers and other professionals. Please identify the service you are enquiring about, the broad area and your professional contact details. Avoid including identifiable care or safeguarding information at this stage.
Our team will discuss assessment, suitability, current availability, funding arrangements and how supporting records can be transferred securely. An enquiry does not confirm acceptance of a referral.
Our head office is in Colchester, Essex. Our Matlock branch serves Derbyshire. Use the relevant team below and identify the individual service or location when discussing a referral. The head-office address is not a substitute for checking the registration of the service that will deliver care.
Matlock’s registration excludes specialist personal care where the presenting care or support need arises directly from learning disability and/or autism. This condition applies to the Matlock location. Each proposed care package must be checked against the relevant registration. Read Matlock’s registration conditions.
